🔹 Professional Standards

I am at least 18 years of age.

I will not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while working an event.

I have reliable transportation.

If asked to commit to a party or show, I will respond promptly.

If I commit to an event, I will follow through barring unforeseen emergencies.

If I fail to show up without valid notice, I understand that I may be held financially responsible for refunds or costs incurred by the agency.

If I cannot attend a booking, I am responsible for helping to secure a replacement entertainer. However, I must notify the Entertainment Office immediately, and only the Entertainment Office can confirm and notify the client of any replacement. I will not send a replacement directly to the client without agency approval.

I will arrive on time and begin performances promptly.

I will always come prepared as a true professional entertainer. This includes:

- Bluetooth speakers and music (ready to perform).

- DJ lights for performance atmosphere.

- Professional costumes appropriate for themed shows.

- Change for tips to ensure smooth guest interactions.

- A positive attitude and the energy to keep the event lively.

I will maintain a professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service while reading the atmosphere of the party.

I will treat all clients, fellow entertainers, and staff with respect at all times.

I will practice excellent hygiene and grooming.

I will maintain physical fitness and appearance standards required for entertainment.

I will always respect client boundaries and ensure consent in every interaction.

I will prioritize safety for myself, clients, and team members.

🔹 Agency Protection

I understand that I am applying as an independent contractor, not an employee, and that I am fully responsible for my own taxes, insurance, and legal obligations. This agreement does not create an employer–employee relationship.

I understand that Tampa Male Strippers is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or incidents that occur during events. I assume full responsibility for my own safety and conduct.

I understand that being accepted does not guarantee bookings, as work is based on client demand and agency discretion.

I understand the agency reserves the right to conduct background checks and verify identification before or after acceptance.

I understand that compensation is based on each individual booking, and that rates, tips, and add-ons may vary. Tampa Male Strippers is not liable for tips not received.

I agree to a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, illegal activity, or misconduct. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the roster.

I agree to maintain client confidentiality and will not share private information, booking details, or internal agency processes with outside parties. Breach of confidentiality may result in removal and/or legal action.

If I provide professional photos or videos, I grant Tampa Male Strippers permission to use them for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I understand that failure to comply with these standards may result in immediate termination from the roster and cancellation of future opportunities at the agency’s sole discretion.

🔹 Legal & Dispute Resolution

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tampa Male Strippers, its owners, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from my actions, conduct, or performance at any event.

Any disputes between myself and Tampa Male Strippers will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of [Your State], and not through court litigation.
